SEO Custem page Redirect?

i own a news website . and more than 15000 link need to update the url from file to file .html
the problem is the google archived the old extantion ( file .php ) and i make new site map and re archive file to google but still the old archive as file who is not found
so if any Solution to make the redirect including .html ( from file to file.html )
i use VBSEO 3.6
