Newsletter questions

I've looked at the admin demo. I have some questions about the purchased script:

1. Does the output contain any references to provB? If so, can we remove them?

2. Does the HTML input into the Letter Heading Message box control the look of the newsletter? If not, how do we edit the templates to mimic the look of our site?

3. I looked through your forums and see that many posts contain spam. How active are you in supporting this product?

Also, is there any way to number of news items shown?

Showing "recent threads" is not necessarily helpful. How about the ability to show "hot threads"--those with a certain number of responses within the past week?
